• Villa Capacity

A maximum of 2 adults and 1 child below 12 years old is recommended for each room. We strictly observe the villa occupant. The extra bed is not recommended in villa for guest’s convenience.

• Child Policy

For child under 5 years old sharing with adults and use existing bedding is free of charge. For child between 6 – 12 years old, existing bedding is free of charge with US$ 6 net /child surcharge for breakfast

• Check-in & check out

• -	Check-in time 14:00 PM
  -	Check-out time 12:00 PM
  -	Late check-out until 18:00 PM is charged 50% from the existing contract rate. After 18:00 should be full night charge
  -	Early check in and late check-out are subject to room availability and prior notification is requested

• Booking Policy
  

-	You are required to make a booking in writing by fax or e-mail correspondence.
-	Buddha Garden Villa will provide a written confirmation by fax or e-mail in return.
-	Cancellation is only received in writing by fax or e-mail.
-	No show will be charged in full for the room nights booked. In case of force majored, there will be no cancellation charge but Buddha Garden Villa will keep the deposit for the next reservation.
