Payments of Development Fees are scheduled to occur throughout the development phase in accordance with achievement of specific milestones in completion.

Payment scheduling is as follows:

1. Deposit of 10% upon agreement of purchase
2. 10% upon notification of construction start date
3. 10% upon construction start
4. 30% upon construction certified 30% complete
5. 30% upon construction certified 60% complete
6. 10% upon the villa being certified completed
